Can't install drivers and WU error: no zip module?

Hi guys, in Windows Update I get this:

[Error number: 0x8DDD0004]

The website has encountered a problem and cannot display the page you are trying to view. Take the following steps to try solving the problem:

Refresh the page.

In Internet Explorer, delete your Temporary Internet Files by going to the Tools menu and clicking Internet Options.

Close and then re-open Internet Explorer.

Then some suggestions from MS but they don't work.

Also, tried to install some VGA drivers with the ATi CD but and error message says it can't extract. I remember excluding the zip module from my XP instalation. Is there a way to install it in my otherwise perfectly working and already installed Windows XP?
