Editing Vista after adding sp1 and spec question

Hey

Can I add SP1 to a Vista Business that I get from MSDN AA? Can I modify it after I add the SP1?

Will I be as happy as with XP SP2 on my PC ? Can I remove all these safety buggers with vlite?

My computer is

E4400@3.2Ghz

P35 Board

2x1GB mem

8800GTS 512

and ofcourse I have a SATA HDD in AHCI.

my DVD is IDE -> Jmicron.
