number of mails in exchange/outlook

Hi there,

im having a little problem.

I work in quit a big organization and want to give everyone reading access in each others calender.

now i have also quit a bit distribution groups for mail. so i thought.

for example:

everyone

country

city

department

sub department

i thought when i give "everyone" access to the agende anyone can look in each others calender.

No luck here. some people can look in each others calender others cant. strange.

what did i do wrong is there a maximum of users you can give access through this?
