integrated sata ahci drivers with xp: problemmm

hi friends,i have integrated xp pro. x86 with sata ahci drivers and created bootable xp cd.but after i had finished installation i found some problems with my system: in start menu i can't run some commands: msconfig,regedit.besides i can not defragment hard disk drives it says that defragment program is not installed. and lastly i can not use search choice in start menu. why these problems occured?i wrote the cd in 4x speed and there were no problems found after writing session.please help me???
