Postscript Print Options disabled in Publisher 2007

We have a .pub document on our office network that we print to a postscript printer using Publisher 2003. This works just fine, and we can change options, such as staples, in the print dialog. However, our new desktop came with Publisher 2007, and now when we open the same .pub file and try to print to the same postscript printer, all of the print dialog options are disabled. The only thing we can do is press the Cancel button.
