XP SP3 from MSDN vs Updated SP2

If i were to make a slipstream XP SP3 cd from an XP SP2 cd are there any redundant files in the I386 folder left over from SP2 that can be safely removed other than "SP2.CAB" & "SP2.CAT". My goal being to end up with an exact copy of the original MSDN SP3 iso.

Why not using the MSDN one ?

Even XP sp0 (RTM) with SP3 slipstreamed is not equal to the SP3 iso (see http://www.msfn.org/board/ISOs-on-MSDN-vs-...n-t116872.html) so.....
