Gameux.dll help please!

Hy people... well i instaled vista home premium lite and i get the problem when starting americas army saying

gameux.dll is not there... so i downloaded it and put i system32 as it said it was in system32

now i get this:

Error loading c:\windows\system32\gameux.dll

C:\windows\system32\gameux.dll is not a valid Win32 application.

How can i take care of this not popin up??
