XP nlited with sata drivers= nightmare

This's the first time for me using nlite so it might be something wrong with what I am doing here.

I have 2 laptops for my family, both brand new running windows vista basic. A lenovo R61, core2duo 2.4, 1.5GB memory, integrated intel gfx card,120gb, uses the intel controler that I downloaded the driver from lenovo's website and added it to the windows xp installation cd, this cd has all the sp2 integrated including updates till Jan. 08 ( I believe nlite was used ). I installed windows on it with no issues, but after installing chipset, lenovo power manager.. after restart I got a bsod 0x5.

Same happens with the toshiba satalite L-40 laptop coreduo 1.7, 1GB memory, 200gb, integrated intel gfx hdd that's using the same intel controler but I downloaded it's driver from toshiba's website and added it to the same cd, after windows installation is done, I updated it and installed all drivers from toshiba's website. I gave this laptop to my cuisine and he called me the same night saying that he's getting tons of bsod's and he said it started when he plugged a usb thumb drive that might have some viruses in it, but I checked it later using nod32 and it didnt appear to have any.

Could it be the cd I'm using that's causing this? Is it ok to use nlite to integrate drivers to a cd that was nlited before with sp2 updates and such? Do I have to only use nlite with an original cd that wasn't nlited before or something? I burned the cd twice to make sure, and reinstalled windows on the lenovo R61, but the same thing happened.
