hoebeltje Posted April 24, 2008 Share Posted April 24, 2008 thought you guys might be more helpful than the MS newsgroups...ever since SP1 came out, I tried to install it on two systems.one was an enterprise machine. to make the story shorter, the update failed and I downloaded enterprise with SP1.Installation went fine.Since this weekend the system is unusable: need to activate again 0xc004E003 (I guess after the last installation this must be the third or fourth time I have to activate ?)this is my company laptop with the company mak keyI even purchased a technet plus on my personal account and tried that product key yesterday : 0xC004F050 WTF ?!There is not much software on the laptop: standard office, acrobat. I use it mostly to vpn in to the company LAN, so don't think there is a virus or something.can't remember having received a driver update or something either.guess I'll have to call MS ...can't imagine that I'm the only one to have this either?
