Help, removed all files related to ATI... need them back

Hi guys, i previously have some problems with my ati driverrs, so i thought i do a uninstall, than using driver cleaner professional to delete everything related to ATI than reinstall, now it seems, thoes files that driver cleaner professional deleted are essential for the drivers to run.

How do i get them back?
