.net framework 2.0 problem uninstalling

I'm trying to fix this but I can't seem to uninstall .net framework 2.0 SP1 or install 3.5. I need help desperate.

I removed it with windows install clean up but now it won't let me install any .net framework versions at all.

And now I can't install a very important update. Please help!
