PowerPoint Problem with live imports from the web - HELP please.

I want to have my PowerPoint presentation grab an image from my web site without downloading it into the presentation. Normally if this was an HTML doc I would use something like :

<tr align="center" valign="middle">

<td height="90"><a href="mailing.html"><img src="images/subscribe.gif" width="367" height="26" border="0"></a></td>

</tr>

Since this is a PowerPoint how do I have the presentation grab the image on a specific page on my site every time the PPT is opened. The web site automatically rotates the image so each time the PPT is opened a new image would be shown. Thank you for any advice, in advance.
