Wordview cannot open files with cyrillic letters

Hi,

on my XP Wordviewer 2003 is enabled to open .doc documents.

When I doubleclick a .doc file with cyrillic letters in its filename, first, Wordviewer cannot open the document.

Then doubleclicking a second time Wordviewer now is able to open the .doc.

This seems to be a bug of Wordviewer 2003?
