Reading data from a mail

Hi All

We have created a website in Microsoft Officelive. In that we have created a list containing some data. When the data in the list is edited a mail is sent which contains the updated record from the list. Can anybody tell how the data in the mail can be read and inserted in the database. We are using SQL Server 2005 database. Or is there any direct way to send the data from a list created in the Officelive to the database?
