play flash movie during xp setup - how?

hi guys, I've tried a couple of searches but somehow couldn't find the information regarding playing flash moves (swf and exe's) during the gui portion of the xp setup process. Last night I was testing flash movies (in exe form) the processes started but nothing appeared.

can someone point me in the right direction for playing flash movies during the setup process? t-39 ideally
