InTheFlow Posted March 30, 2008 Share Posted March 30, 2008 (edited) Hello All.Any windows that are open do not blink out only the Background, Icons, & Taskbar. It happens after about 3-4 seconds. This is a fresh install of WinXP Pro that was slipstreamed with SP2, RyanVMs updates, dx 9.0c, & raid drivers.Has anyone seen this happen before? What is the cause/fix? It is used to keep track of where icons are on the desktop so that you can easily put them back where you want them in the event of a resolution change. It was causeing the problem. As soon as I shut it down the problem went away. Started it back up and once again had the problem. I've un-installed it as it doesn't work with Shell Object 'icons' anyway.Resolved!
