blue screen of death

Hi! everybody i need your help .In my vista ultimate edition ,i m facing blue screen of death again and again.sometimes it ocuurs with windows media player or sometimes with some games.also my vista never resume after hibernation.I hope to get response very soon.

check your c:\windows\minidump folder. are the any *.dmp files there? if so upload one somewhere and link it, one of us will tell you what the issue is
