"Windows 2003 - convert from server to desktop" needs an upd

The articled linked in "Windows 2003 - convert from server to desktop" needs an update. When you follow the advice on how to enable System Restore you get services error message at startup. In 2k3 SP1 they introduced the "Application Experience Lookup Service". Its entry is removed from the registry key by the walkthrough.

Even then I couldn't get System Restore to work, but that's something some one else might want to look into again.
