:unsure: Well, new on this site....i've got a problem. Vista OS with sp1.

Every cursor (volume, pointer sensivity or even little windows for multiple choice (for exemple countries, or language..) cannot be set. They return to the maximum position (or minimum). The same with the side scroll on the side of a page. Any idea why I cannot set volume or pointer or even the scroll side ?
