I have turned off AutoComplete in the areas below:

Tools>Internet Options>Advanced: Browsing section

Turned off:

Use inline AutoComplete for Web addresses

Use inline AutoComplete in Windows Explorer

Tools>Internet Options>Content: AutoComplete Button

All have no checks on

Still when I type in information for a search at google or even here, the AutoComplete window comes up sometimes. Is there a registry hack I can use to completely kill it since I never want to use it?

Alexa?

If you have Adaware SE, it will remove Alexa, that would be my guess. This is a low threat search helper.
