uxtheme.dll sharing violation on x64 win2008

I have the patched files, used takeown /f on the 3 files.

But I cant xcopy the file over, it says "Sharing Violation"

Anyone know to copy the files over to "%systemroot%\System32\"

Thanks. (I searched, but most scripts and unlocker wont work on x64)
