Outlook 2003 - Anyone found a way to Send and File an email similar to

lotus Notes has a feature that when you send an email, you have a choice whether or not to file it. The only way to do this in Outlook is to send the file, open of the sent folder, copy the email, and then paste it. Wondering if there's any other shortcuts? TIA
