Import reg tweaks within windows setup?

I have many reg tweaks that are applied after windows setup. I have seen that within inf files there are sections that add reg settings to the registry. What I am wondering is are there any inf files that I can add custom reg setting to? The point of this is to eliminate all reg tweaks from the runonce section.

EDIT: Once again I found my answer right after I posted this message. Never knew wha t cmdlines.txt was for. Now I know.
