Sysprep & VirtualBox

i am trying to do sysprep on VirtualBox and wondered will programs like Comodo Firewall or iTunes work when i deploy them on a real PC. for Comodo, it keeps telling me i found a bug, and says that defense + is not fully functional (i think becos of Virtual Box) and for iTunes it says there is a problem with the audio, i think Virtual Box dont support audio or something
