What Drivers are actually needed, in a modern OS like XP/Vista, like i read Chipset drivers aren't needed? will chipset drivers improve performance or anything?

i am curious cos i am wondering which driver packs i need and which i dont

is recommended to have curent versions of every driver because they sometimes contain bugs or effects on system stability.

update averything you can.

i suggest you to install Chipset drivers, these are ver important. also look for video, audio and raid drivers.
