Add Download to start menu like Document

Hi, I'm wondering if it is possible to add Download to start menu like other shell folder (music, documents...) ?

Other thing. I'm using a laptop and usually i use the Fn + F6 to turn off the light of my screen. Now my F6 touch is not working. Can someone do a script I can use to add turn off the light when i make a right clic on the taskbar ?
