Image Distortion/Res in Signature

Yea,

For some reason my company logo (image file) in my signature looks fine before I send it out, but on the other end (and in my sent folder) the color red in the logo becomes 'blotchy' like it's a very low resolution version. I've tried everything from tif to jpg to pdf and they all look like crap. Can someone help me out here?
