Unattend in PE

I created a bootcd that has the PE Builder version of PE and it works great. I want to make a batch file that runs winnt32.exe and includes the parameters for an unattend install. What are the parameters I need? I will put this batch file in the root so it will have to look in I386. I put it in the root so I dont have to search through all of those files in I386 dir.

EDIT: My mistake. The answer is posted below in another post. You admins can delete this as it just clutters up this forum.
