Hi,

i have looked about for what seems like an eternity but am struggling to put together a

after making several iso's and testing them in virtual pc i have failed

i get the same error everytime

ntldr is missing

no matter what i do it allways says the same thing.

i am trying to put xp home sp2 and xp pro sp2 on the same disc.

i can get the pro sp2 to work fine

but i just cant manage to get the xp home part to work

i am assuming it is possible to do it but it seems beyond me.

any help would be apprieciated.

i have made sure that the I386 and i386 are correctly named

and i have also modified the txt to point to the correct file

but to no avail

i have called the xp pro part called xpen and followed the instructions to the letter

and this part works absoloutly fine

BUT.......

the xp home part i called home and have renamed all the files accordingly

in the disk1 folder i have the following

==========================================================================

folders

=====

ez boot

home

xpen

progs and utilites

files

====

WIN51

WIN51IC

SERIAL.TXT

WIN51IP

=========================================================================

any help on this would be very much apprieicated

the o.s are taken from my original disks and are genuine disks

Failing any help anyone wanna buy a gigabyte 3d auroa chassis that is severl dented and flat and would make

a fine paper weight or doorstop? :realmad: (gonna lob the tower out the window making sure i open the window first)

I'm working on the same type of disc, I had this same issue, but found I had forgotten to HEXEDIT the setupldr.bin and replace the I386 entries with the new folder name.

double check your setupldr.bin in the 4 letter directory.

hope this helps
