sata driver for v3658tu notebook

hi. i'm wadud from malaysia. i just bought compaq presario v3658tu this month. when i try to install windows xp sp2, this message appear "did not find any hdd installed in your computer" cannot find any sata driver for my notebook. also dont have option to disable sata drive at bios setup. hope someone can help me to solve this problem

That is the 965 GM chipset from Intel. HP uses the same chipset on the 8510p business notebook.

The driver for the SATA controller is located in the driver download section. Link is below...

u can turn off hdd sata in BIOS to install windown XP without hdd sata.
