Printer Help

This is my scenario:

I have a laserjet printer attached by USB to a workstation machine on a network on the the same workgroup. Thw workstation is running XP

I have installed the printer on the server of the workgroup and used the port of the workstations printer e.g. \\workstationsname\printer name The server is running server 2003.

I would like to then be able to print from another workstation but through the printer on the server. So when i install the printer on the workstation i browse to the server and install it from there.

The printer installs but printing always fails

Any help??
