Themes in Vista

Hey all

Is there a magic trick to getting 3rd party themes to work in Vista 64? I have run the VistaGlazz patcher and it does its job. I can see the transparent title bar and whatnot. What I cannot do is get any 3rd party theme to display with transparency.

Any guidance is much appreciated.
