How to get ride from install updates when shutdown

Hi,

Since while, when i click on [Turn Off Computer], I get always "Turn off to install important updates and turn off your computer" message (see image here bellow), and this, even if I do not download any update.

BTW, the "Automatic updates" is cofigured as 'Notify me but don't automatically download or installe them'

1) How to know what update is in the queue installation? Where it located?

2) How to get ride from it permanently?
