We have 200 plus users with a SP2 Roll out Windows Explorer keeps crashing each time a user tries to carry out a search any ideas?

sorry i don't think we have, ia m not in the office right now, what happens is you jsut get the standard Xp failure dialogie box, its been run off a Exchange 03 server using HP radia to dpeloy the apps.

Yeah, I'd set up for and gather a dump of it occurring, unless you want to go through the trial-and-error of using autoruns and shellexview to disable all 3rd party (non-Microsoft) extensions, reboot, and re-enable one at a time to figure it out.
