copype "Failed to create working directory"

I can't start making test with WinPE because i can't create the folder structure.

I open PE Tools Command Prompt (im and admin so i don't need to explicitly open it elevated, nevertheless i also tried with Run as ad admin).

The script start but fails after a few seconds.

i got xopy is not recognize as an internal or external command and a message "Failed to create working directory".

my syntax is this: copype x86 E:\WinPE

i also tried copype.cmd x86 E:\WinPE

Im running this on Windows Vista.
