Reinstall Bluetooth panels

Hello,

I am running a Windows XP where I had removed several components from the installation by hand. I had removed bluetooth thinking I would not need it. But currently I have found a use for it. I have installed the 3rd party drivers for the device but I believe I need to use the control panel to configure it. Is there a way to reinstall the bluetooth control panel and support or is a reinstall needed for this task?
