NT4 Local group problem

Hi!

I'm having trouble deleting old local groups on a NT4 server that will soon be put down.

When I try to delete a local group, it refuses to delete it and says:

"The following error occured when trying to delete group AGROUP:

The specified account name is not a member of the local group."

Anyone have any ideas?

Have a look in the group membership - are there any accounts in there which have been deleted/disabled/cannot be resolved from a SID to a sAMAccountName ?

I already tried deleting every account/group in them and even when the groups are empty I STILL can't delete them!
