dual opteron and Windows 2003

Windows 2003 will not detect more than 3GB on an 8GB dual Opteron system.

Windows Enterprise Server 2003

Dual Opteron 246 on Tyan s2885

SCSI RAid Adaptec

Quadro FX

64bit Suse server DOES detect all the ram.

What's up with the MS 2003 server?

How do I fix it?
