MBA in USA

hey guys

i am 20 yrs old.. currently doin my BE degree in Computer Science from BIT Ranchi, India... for those of who are nt indian... it is a pretty reputed college nationwide... i know that to apply for an MBA degree in the USA work experience of atleast 2-3 yrs is required.... but i dont want to wait that long... i am hoping to give my GMAT and TOEFL and get into a college without working... after i finish my BE of course..keeping this in mind ... is it too hard to get admission into the better B-schools in USA???... what would i have to do ?? also which of the B schools have on-campus placements???... or atleast good placement opportunities after completing the MBA course... any reply wud be highly appreciated !!
