HELP!

Hi I have a question.

I am running Win. MCE 05 and i have 2 drives, one of which is a SATA 160g the other is ATA 80g. First when I installed windows I put the sata as

main drive and the ata as storage well it didn't turn out that way. Windows spit the drives one boot the other system. How do I fix this problem?

I tried relocating the boot file's but when I went in to msconfig to check the boot path i didn't have a Boot.ini tab.

I don't want to redo windows so if any one can help me please?
