Dialog size is bigger at 1024x768 res

Hi

I have added my own application in Win PE 2.0 and have set the resolution to h1024 v768 b32.

I am getting the dialog size bigger as compared to a normal desktop OS.

Due to this buttons or text are going out of screen.

What might be the issue!!!

Please help me out as I am still stuck with the size of dialogs.
