hi ,

I have am having a major problem

Right now I am not able to start my computer

First screen ask me to select keyboard type

Then it open the window to list operating system .Which is blank

So if I hit next it give me a screen for recovery option

Now it does not find any restore point

so I tried using command prompt ..

It open up X drive

Now when I try changing it to C drive it gives me error

I really want to copy some files on my PC before I loose it

How can I do it

Try NTFSPRO4DOS if you know the file name of the files you wish to save. However, you need to know how to master some DOS inner command under DOS prompt
