problem with dlls,cpls while setup installation

I dont know whether posted before if so sorry for double posting.now moving to the topic i did added pics in shell32.dll,msgina.dll and sysdm.cpl.I integrated all those things to xp setup cd(image).when i was installing this particular xp on workstation those edited files didnt got copied did asked me to check the cd or skip those files i dont understand whats wrong has gone.i did expanded all those things correctly then cabbed it correctly.but was not able to find out solution.Do need an solution from all you experts over here.
