how do I add Ubuntu 7.10 to the bootmenu

I'd like to have something like this:

3.Linux Ubuntu 7.10

(I am working on the same project myself...albeit slowly. I just finished an HFSLIP of updates up to 12/02, nLite for a few extras and installed XP. All good except for the sound card drivers...need kb888111 which I have from ASUS but it's older than one posted on Lenova and IBM sites...weird.)
