Opening a webpage from within a program in vb6

Hi, I'm a student who's just learning VB. I know how to open a program from within a VB program, ie: Shell "C:\Program Files\aprogram.exe". But what I want to know is: can you open say, a web page, with an address input from the VB program? Say if I had a textbox which the web address could be written into, then a button to launch my web browser with this address?
