fresheadies
Hey everyone, new guy here and your help would be much appreciated! I noticed in my bootup sequence that some of my IRQ's are conflicting on a computer that is not currently working (there's another post dedicated to that fiasco). I'm hoping someone would know how to change this problem while a copy of windows is not on any drive, and cannot be installed at the moment. I'm hoping that this might help one of my computer's many problems. Any suggestions/ideas/comments? Thanks in advance!
twig123
I'm assuming that the screen that you are referring to is part of the BIOS boot screens. Probably what you are seeing is IRQ's that are being 'Shared' and this is not an issue in most cases. A common IRQ to be shared is 11. If the devices ARE actually conflicting, then the I have found that swapping PCI cards around is the easiest way to resolve these issues.
