DXP Pim Module has stopped working

Hello all

From time to time my boss keeps getting this error in a Microsoft Windows popup box

DXP Pim Module has stopped working.

A problem caused this program to stop working correctly.

Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.

Close Program

Seems to be mostly when he is trying to sync his Sony Erricson P1 but none the less iss a Windows error

and I need a fix.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Any ideas anyone?

We have just gone to Vista SP1 and still the problem occurs.
