Automaticaly Detect Settings in Internet Settings

Hi!

How can i set off "Automaticaly Detect Settings" in Internet options in windows unattended instal? It have to work for all users.

I tested this change in the registry:

Bolded hex 01 was changed from 09

But this is only for courent user and i need something for "default user"
