how to change virtual memory size at the unattend file?

i used unattended mode to install XP system, but now it prompt "virtual memory too slow" when install to T12 minutes.

computer physical memory : 256M

i think change "virtual memory size" at the unattend file, so how to?

Add to the memory to 512M.
