setup can not copy the file: plugin.ocx unattended

Hello everyone. I just wanted to say hello. I am new to this forum method for trouble shooting and researching so I hope everyone can bear with me.

I been having a problem with my unattended CD installation. I followed the beginners tutorial for the unattended installation step by step. When the CD gets to the point of coping plugin.ocx I get the following error message. "setup can not copy the file: plugin.ocx unattended". I read a forum on this but it was a little vague for me on how they fix their problem. I believe a hot fix I installed may be causing the problem which is related to IE7. Has anyone bump into something like this or have a solution.
